What products do you manufacture?
Our range includes:
- Spiral lockseam ductwork – round & oval ductwork in both smooth and corrugated profiles.
- Spiral welded pipe – Mild steel, Stainless Steel & 3CR spiral welded pipe.

Can our ductwork/pier liners be custom made to length?
Yes, all of our pier liners and ductwork is manufactured in-house at both our Penrith, NSW and Sunnybank Hills, QLD branches. Whilst we keep a large array of stock lengths, we have the capability to manufactured to the length your project requires.
What type of insulated duct to you manufacture?
Our typical ductwork with insulation supplied is internally insulated with a perforate inner and solid outer duct. Typical for acoustic insulation supplied is a polyester wool insulation that improves thermal efficiency (reducing heat transfer and energy loss) and acoustic performance (absorbing sound and reducing noise transmission) — ideal for HVAC systems in commercial or noise-sensitive spaces. Alternative insulation such as rockwool insulation is commonly used when we manufacture items such as exhaust flues where the ductwork will be exposed to high temperatures.
What materials do you work with?
We work primarily with Z275 galvanised steel, mild steel, 304 & 316 stainless steel, and aluminium. With in-house manufacturing, we can tailor material choice to your project. Contact Us to discuss what will work best for you.
